1) Session Booking (Student Request Page)

You book sessions from your Student Dashboard → Request tab. The system shows combined tutor availability for your grade (no tutor names), so selection stays fair and balanced.

  • 1
    Open the Request tab

Go to /dashboard (it routes you automatically), then open the Request tab. You’ll see a weekly schedule grid with available times highlighted.

  • 2
    Navigate weeks + view dates

Use the left/right arrows to switch weeks. The week range and each day’s date show at the top so you always know what you’re booking.

  • 3
    Select your time (15-minute intervals)

Tap and drag on the grid to select a block of time. You can request 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, or up to 1 hour. You can only select blocks that are shown as available.

    15 min 30 min 45 min 60 min max
  • 4
    Book time → Request session

Click Book time, review your selected time block, then hit Request session. Your request gets sent to tutors to accept or reject.

  • 5
    What happens after you request

Your request appears in Student Dashboard → Upcoming as Pending. Once a tutor accepts, it moves to the “Accepted” list and a Google Meet link will appear there.

    Pending

Waiting for a tutor response. You’ll see your request at the top with a slightly blue-tinted card.

    Accepted

Shows below like a session card. When accepted, your Meet link is visible and clickable.

Monthly rule: Students can request up to 1 hour total per month. If you try to exceed your remaining time, the request won’t go through.
2) Classroom (Materials Library)

Your Classroom is organized by grade: /classroom takes you to your grade automatically. The most important tab is Materials — a 게시판-style library of tutoring resources posted by tutors.

  • 1
    Open Materials

Go to /classroomMaterials. You’ll see a list of material cards with the title, uploader, date, and a tag.

  • 2
Use tags to understand the material type

Each post includes a tag like Mock Test, Worksheet, Answer Key, Keynote, etc. (No “three dots” menu — tags replace that.)

Mock Test Worksheet Answer Key Keynote
  • 3
Open a post → view description → open file

Click a material card to open the post page. You’ll see the tutor’s description and a file box with an Open button. This opens the file (PDF / image / doc) in a new tab.

  • 4
    Posting is tutor-only (students browse)

Only tutors can upload materials. Students can view everything posted for their grade. (Admins can manage content if needed.)

Best practice: Use Materials as your “official” study library. Stream is great for quick updates, but Materials is where files live and stay organized.
3) Stream (Quick Updates)

Stream is a lightweight message feed for your grade. Anyone can post text updates; posts written by tutors show a TUTOR badge. No file uploads and no comments (keeps it fast).

  • 1
    Click “Make post”

A popup opens. Write your message and press Post. Keep it short and clear (announcements, reminders, quick Q&A prompts).

That’s it — use Stream for short updates, and Materials for actual resources.
